To empower the underserved children of Arusha and surrounding areas through education, fostering literacy, and strengthening their communities.

Read With Me, Arusha! is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the literacy skills of underserved children in and around Arusha, Tanzania. We aim to cultivate a love of learning and foster academic success, which encourages children to remain in school, thereby helping to break the chain of poverty for their families and build stronger, more resilient communities.

Current Short-term goal:  $10,000 to help establish a pre- and primary school for underserved children in the area. Providing education for these children gives them and their families hope in future opportunities.  This new school, Sagara Anna School, is in need of curriculum materials, classroom materials, and school-fees sponsorship for the children whose parents are already working hard just to put food on the table.  The sponsorship helps to cover tuition, uniforms, transportation, school supplies, a meal while at school.  Your donation will make a difference in the lives of these children!  Asante sana, the children thank you.
